Princess Plush Palace Policies

Please read the binding contractual terms listed below carefully and completely prior to signing.

​

Deposits and Payments:

A non-refundable deposit of 100.00 is required to secure your party date. Your party date will not be officially secured until the deposit is received. No party dates or time slots will be held without a deposit. The remaining balance of the party is due the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier checks, and cash. Payment must be rendered prior to the party starting..

RSVP Policy

Changes to the number of guests MUST be finalized seven days prior to the event date.

Minimum/Maximum Attendance

Our parties are designed and priced for a minimum of 6-8 guests (including the birthday child). If you would like to invite more than party package guests, the additional child fee is $30.00 or more depending on the selected package. If you have less than 8 guests attending your party, your agreed upon fee according to the final head count will not change. If you have guests to show up that was not on your final head count, we will do our best to include them but we cannot guarantee that they will receive favors or any other party items.

Party Consultations

Party consultations will be scheduled once interest for a party arises. This will be when all forms are completed, themes are chosen and deposits are collected (booking form and contract).

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: We will not refund your deposit for party package. If you need to reschedule for any reason, we will gladly offer you the next date available. We will do our best to have them rescheduled. *If you have to cancel due to inclement weather, we must have 24-hour notice. The next available party date will also be offered.

*Allergies*

Should any of your party guests have food allergies, we will try our best to be accommodating. However, if they have severe food allergies we recommend that you, or their parent, provide an alternate treat for that child. This should be provided for both foods as well as skin allergies.

Liability for Damage

We strictly provide entertainment. Please be aware that children, less than 4 years of age  especially are required to be supervised.

      

Photography and Video

Princess Plush Palace” reserves the right to use photographs or images taken at your event in any promotional media, whether known or hereafter existing, controlled by "Princess Plush Palace" in perpetuity and for other use by “Princess Plush Palace.” By signing below you agree that no monetary or other claim against “Princess Plush  Palace” will be made for the use of photographs taken of your child (or children).

Disclaimer

We do not offer professional salon or spa services. Our services will purely be for decorative and fun purposes.

​

Guest Arriving and Departure Time

We suggest that the birthday child and guest arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time. The party starts and ends at the scheduled time. Extended-hours parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. We appreciate your consideration and understanding in these matters.

Party time

The party package you select includes an allotted time as stated in the package description. Unless, you have chosen to add additional time, all of our parties will start and end promptly on time.

​

Event Decor

Each event at Princess Plush Palace is one in a million. Balloons, themed table clothes and decor are welcomed but not provided. We will try to accommodate in any way we can.​

Contract and Disclaimer Signature

I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF PRINCESS PLUSH PALACE. I AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL POLICIES & PROCEDURES. I ALSO EXCLUDE PRINCESS PLUSH PALACE FROM ANY LIABILITY OF INJURY ON THEIR PREMISES OR ON THE PREMISES OF ANY PARTY GIVEN BY PRINCESS PLUSH PALACE. I AGREE TO ALLOW PRINCESS PLUSH PALACE TO USE ANY PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN TO PUBLICIZE THEIR BUSINESS FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES ONLY. EXAMPLES FOR USE ARE WEBSITE, PICTURES, NEWSPAPERS, TELEVISION, ETC. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS STATED WITHIN THE CONTRACT AND POLICIES. PRINCESS PLUSH PALACE SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY OR ALL ACCIDENTS OR ALLERGIC REACTIONS. PRINCESS PLUSH PALACE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR ILLNESSES RELATED TO THE FOOD OR BEVERAGES BROUGHT IN BY THE HOST PARENT AND CONSUMED AT THE PARTY. HOST PARENT ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL GUESTS AND DAMAGE CAUSED ON PREMISES BY GUESTS.
